I Wonder If The Stars Regret Me?

December 30th was my seventh (seventh!) LJ anniversary! Wow...

Things have changed a lot in those years, haven't they? Fandom has moved on, in a lot of ways, and I know that with all the changes made to canon, both in the comics and the films, I'm not so involved in DC fandom anymore. Though I still love the characters, the way things are now... Well. I'm very happy in the Tolkien fandom these days, very, very quietly writing stories and posting them to my other journal.

Even with all the changes that have occurred over the last seven years, I am indebted to everyone who has ever commented on my fic, who has ever exchanged e-mails with me. I'm a far, far better person, in a far, far better state of mind, than I was all those years ago, and I owe a lot of it to having such wonderful friends that I found here.

Though LJ is so very quiet these days, I would still like to offer drabbles, if you would like to leave a character/pairing and prompt word. But this year, inspired by mithen, I would also like to offer the chance for you to ask me any question you would like on any topic you would like, and I'll write up a reply, long or short (though if it's a subject I feel uncomfortable about, we'll have to work something out).

So, I would like to say thank you, everyone, once again, and I hope you all have a wonderful 2014! :)

Today is my 5th (5th!!!) Livejournal Anniversary!

I know that LJ can be really... well, stupid, at times, but I'll always be indebted to it, for all the wonderful friends I've made through it. I really am blessed, and incredibly thankful to each and everyone of you. *hearts you all*

As a small way to say thank you, I'm taking prompts! Give me a character or pairing and a prompt, and I will write a drabble! I might be a little slow with them, but I will get them done, I promise. :)

I want to say thank you, to everyone; all those on my flist, and all those who have ever commented on a post of mine. You are all incredible, and I am so very, very lucky to be able to call so many wonderful people my friends. Thank you, all, you all mean a great deal to me, and you all cheer me up, whenever I am feeling down. *glomps you all*

It may take me a little while to write the prompts, but I will get them done, I promise. I also need to say again that I'm so sorry that I've been so behind on everything, recently, but I am starting to (very slowly) catch up, so you can probably expect comments from me over the next few days. :)

I will write the prompts, I promise, it just might take me a little while. I'm also having some computer problems, but I hope to get them sorted out over the next few days, so if I'm a little quieter than usual, that's why.

Has it really been 2 years? Wow...

Well, 2 years ago today, I created this LJ, and since then I have become friends with the most wonderful, beautiful, supportive people. I am infinitely grateful every single day, for each and every one of you. *glomps you all*

I'm not sure when I'll get the drabbles done, but it will certainly be within the next 2-3 weeks! :)

... well, alright, it you want to be nitpicky, its tomorrow, but its at 00.08, so I hadn't gone to sleep for today yet last year, so its today.

Wow, a whole year has gone by! A wonderful, amazing, totally beyond my expectations year. If you had told me this time last year that I would have so many wonderful friends, and I would be writing again, I would not have believed a word of it. But it's true! *glomps everyone*

Though I can not guarantee any mentor/student pairings, and I'll stick to DC. Of course, I would prefer it if it was characters that I know... but I'll see what I can do!
