LJ Anniversary!

starsandseaDecember 30th was my seventh (seventh!) LJ anniversary! Wow...
Things have changed a lot in those years, haven't they? Fandom has moved on, in a lot of ways, and I know that with all the changes made to canon, both in the comics and the films, I'm not so involved in DC fandom anymore. Though I still love the characters, the way things are now... Well. I'm very happy in the Tolkien fandom these days, very, very quietly writing stories and posting them to my other journal.
Even with all the changes that have occurred over the last seven years, I am indebted to everyone who has ever commented on my fic, who has ever exchanged e-mails with me. I'm a far, far better person, in a far, far better state of mind, than I was all those years ago, and I owe a lot of it to having such wonderful friends that I found here.
Though LJ is so very quiet these days, I would still like to offer drabbles, if you would like to leave a character/pairing and prompt word. But this year, inspired by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mithen, I would also like to offer the chance for you to ask me any question you would like on any topic you would like, and I'll write up a reply, long or short (though if it's a subject I feel uncomfortable about, we'll have to work something out).
So, I would like to say thank you, everyone, once again, and I hope you all have a wonderful 2014! :)

I agree with you - a lot things have changed in the fandom as well as in the DC world. And as you, I don't appreciate all the changes too. Well, I admit, I sot of moved on too, though. My personal life's changed and I found a new fandom... Anyway, I still love to go on LJ and see posts there from you and Mithen, read and comment them (though mostly I'm late on it). And the same's going for our e-mails and other news and experiences. I just found new, amazing friends a few years ago thaks to LJ and I never stop to be thankful for that!
My question: I just scrolled through last a few posts on my LJ (have to go back and read and comment them properly ASAP) and saw there a question for Mithen about places she would love to visit in Japan (or something like that). I found it interesting (I love visit other countries) and I would like to ask you - what places would you recomend me to visit in the UK? (As you know, I saw London already and I LOVED it! :)).
