Also, I got JSA 26 today and... *flails* It was totally awesome, and just everything the JSA is: a family. There was no crisis, no nothing! About the worst thing that happened was Starman eating all the ice cream. The art was beautiful too! *sighs* I'm going to miss Johns on it so much...

Would someone be kind enough to make me a icon for the JSA comm? Preferably, it would include most of the members of the JSA (like this Alex Ross pic) or Alan, Jay and Ted, a la Trinity icons, but I'd be thrilled with anything! *looks around, hopefully*

I think I might have caught arch_schatten's cold. Don't ask me how it's possible, it just is. My throat has been sore since I woke up, and it's got worse throughout the day.

I'm bored, and in the mood for typing, so I'm going to ramble about several things.

*sigh* It's been a strange day, ever since the news we had early this morning. I worked in the morning, then had the afternoon off and went with my mum to get sympathy cards. Wow, the road was nearly flooded! I don't think I've ever seen the river quite that high - it was only about 1 meter away from flooding the bridge that's normally about... 5-6 meters above the river. The field next to it was completely flooded too, and they want to build houses there!! Hello! Do the words 'flood plain' mean anything? Heck, if there were houses there the water would be above their front doors! And there's more rain on the way!

I really wish the beads I ordered would arrive. They were supposed to get here last week, and it's holding me up, not having them. *frowns* They should come tomorrow, hopefully. Eeep, it's getting really close to Valentine's Day! Next week, I will post some pics of the jewellery I've made! :)

I got Mythology - Alex Ross' book - yesterday. I've only been able to look through it briefly, but wow, it's so pretty! *wants to get Kingdom Come even more now* Of course, The Trust was my favorite part. :) *hearts Bruce and Kal*

Anyway, onto the JSA comm. I'm 95% certain that I'm going to make it. I'm probably going to need help with a name for it, though. The only thing I can come up with is 'jsa_love' or something very similar. Anyone have any thoughts? Also, does anyone have any ideas/requests for it? I'm hoping - once I've got a name for it - to have it up very soon! :)

I'm thinking about maybe creating a community for fans of the JSA, that would be similar to worlds_finest and wonderwomanlove. People could post fic and art and graphics, along with scans and there would maybe be a monthly challenge. Also, it would be friendly to both slash and het.

However, I have some doubts. Firstly, would anyone be interested in having such a comm? Would it be used? I mean, I wouldn't want to be the only one using it, if I did create it.

So... anyone have any thoughts? Is this a Good Idea or a Bad Idea?
