Ask me anything you want about any of my stories: how I thought of the idea, what I did to write it, what I was thinking when I wrote it, what I feel about it now, what I wish I'd done differently, etc. Or ask any of the characters from particular stories something you want to know, and get an answer from them. Or both.

Definitely, definitely a possible 'fact'! To be really honest, I didn't want to write that story - I mean I thought it was a cool idea, but I didn't want to join in especially. But, the muse came upon me, so what could I do? So I was little grumpy when I wrote it, and I just wanted to end it, end it on a bang, and in a way that I hoped would rid me of my frustration. So I had Bruce kill Clark. Do I think it's possible? Well, no. I think it's far more likely to be the other way around, that Clark kills Bruce. Sure, they might have to fight each other, and Clark or Bruce could be badly hurt, but I in no way see them killing each other.

If they have to die then I'd want them to die either of old age, in Bruce's case, or that Clark somehow accelerates his aging, so he can die with Bruce. The only other way I can see them dying is, for Bruce, in a similar situation to my story 'The Sea', where the odds just overtook him, he was trying to save someone, or Harvey killing him. With Clark the only way I'd want him to die would be against a threat that no one else could fight, only Superman, such as Doomsday. That's my ideal way for them both to die.

... So, I've rambled a lot! But really that story is in its own little AU world, and that last one is only a possibility. :) *hugs*

It's a fascinating question, though, isn't it? Thanks so much for taking the time to contemplate and explain! I don't really like to ponder the eventual ends of the different versions of them I have, in some ways. It's hard to make it work out just right, you know? I think I often tend to assume that my versions of them die together, facing some major foe...but I don't think I've ever written that because it's such a painful thought.
