Diana looked over the islands below her. Her home.

The home she could never return to.

She was lucky she could even do this, hover near it and see her mother and sisters.

Diana closed her eyes, blinking away tears that would only have fallen into the salty sea, mingling with the waters of Poseidon.

She felt a soft, loving caress of her mind, and then a gentle hand on her shoulder. Unable to hold back the tears in the face of J'onn's unbarred love, Diana turned, away from her home, and into the arms of her lover.

Eeep! I really hope I've got this right now! I believe - I've only seen the episode once - in Toonverse, Diana was exiled from her home for a while for disobeying her mothers orders to stay out of man's world during a alien invasion. This is meant to be set in that timeframe, but maybe I didn't make it clear enough... O_o

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

I thought it made plenty of sense! It fits perfectly with their toonverse versions, Diana's longing for home was a dead giveaway. Wonderful work, my friend!
