My muses need a bit of prodding, so I'm taking requests for drabbles! Give me a pairing, or character, and a prompt, and I'll do my best.
Note: I'm not sure when I'll get these done as the next 2 days are going to be busy ones for me!
EDIT: DCU only, please!

Date: 2008-04-11 07:40 pm (UTC)Charlie had said it before. Humans were stupid. How couldn't they see everything that was so obvious? He knew they weren't all blind. Charlie nuzzled The Nice Man at the thought, receiving a pet of his feathers in return. Charlie looked over at the Not-Perches human and The Man In Bright Colored Clothes and sighed.
They were stupid. Charlie had seen them, first when the Nice Man had had to help the Not-Perches human - his not-perches had come off!!!! Charlie had been most shocked. He wondered if he'd have to remain the Not-Perches human to... the Not-Not-Perches Human? Anyway, he had been hurt. And The Man In Bright Colored Clothes had been so worried. And then, later, when the Man In Bright Colored Clothes had been hurt, and no one knew why (at least Charlie assumed so. The Nice Man and The Man With The Not-Birds had been talking a lot, and the Not-Not-Perches Human had been talking with them.) He had been so worried! Charlie saw him leaning over The Man In Brightly Colored Clothes and squishing their faces together. But then they both acted as if nothing had happened!
Humans were stupid. Especially the Not-Not-Perches human. And The Man With The Not-Birds. Anyone who had them was bound to be stupid. But Charlie was going to do something about it! Yes, he was. He was going to stop them from all being so stupid! He just hadn't figured out how yet. He needed to think about it some more.
He just had to hope that the humans didn't do anything else stupid until he did.

Date: 2008-04-12 05:57 am (UTC)Oh man, you're on a ROLL. Stupid poeple. Chalrie needs to enlist the help of all the other DC animals to play matchmaker, doesn't he?
I love his shock at Bruce removing the cowl. "Holy crap! The Not-Perches aren't essential to his nature! Argh!"

Date: 2008-04-26 05:56 pm (UTC)Go, go Charlie! Darn the Not-not Perches Man and the Not Birds Man! what is it with them and their shyness. They will never get to the fun part if they keep freaking out! and Clark and Pieter are no better. Surely it's Charlie's job to fix them up! I love your Charlie POVs :) He sees things so clearly! and your owl-voice is awesome :D
