“Yes. I... thought I heard Luthor breaking out of jail.”

“I take it that you were mistaken, then?”

“It’s fine, Clark.”

“No! I mean, I didn’t forget, Bruce!”

“I said it’s fine, Clark.”

“But I... I really didn’t forget.”

“Clark... you do remember that I’m a detective? You forgot, it’s fine.”

“You have such a busy life, after all.”

“Bruce-”

“It’s not surprising that you would forget.”
