Artsy people!!!! Your attention is needed!

The Contest for Men of the DCU poster needs your attention! And, well, I admit, even if you don't enter, I want to see pretty art of pretty men, people!!!

I'm going to quote directly from Mina now, for she explains better than I could...

I don't have any artsy talent but I know some of you have loads of it and wouldn't we all love to see the boys in tuxes, I ask you? With *well* designed tuxes and not the ill-fitting crap the comics artists seem to think billionaires and time travelers and business men and all around gorgeous guys would wear?

I offer my humble writing services to you! I'll write you glam party scenes! I NEED A POSTER OF THE DCU GUYS LOOKING HOT, YOU GUYS.

So, yeah. Give me a bunch of characters and the occasion they are celebrating and I'll write you glam party ficlets! If you can't draw but want to party, it's cool! Prompt me, maybe we can inspire the arty folk to draw us hot guys in tuxes!

I feel I should warn you that this is very... odd. LOL.

Alan sighed. That this was going to be difficult was an understatement. He had to get Ted into a suit and at a party being held in Gotham in under an hour.

Ted, of course, was using all of his abilities to try and worm his way out of going. And when he discovered that black tie was compulsory... well.

Alan sighed again. Really, getting Ted ready was always one of the most stressful tasks in life. He took a deep breath, about to conceded defeat, when Ted opened the door and stepped out, looking vastly uncomfortable in a suit that actually fitted him well. Alan let out a breath in surprise.

"Where did you get that?"

Ted looked even more uncomfortable, if it was possible. "The last time I was in Gotham... Selina and Bruce kidnapped me."

Alan eyed him, an eyebrow raised. "They forced you to get a new suit?"

Ted looked away. "C'mon Alan. Lets get going. The sooner we get there, the sooner we can leave and I can get out of-" he paused, looking down at his suit for a moment. "This."

Smiling now, with barely restrained amusement, Alan followed Ted down the corridor.

*snickers* Oh man! Now I'm having so much fun imagining what happened in Gotham, lol. (side note: have never seen Selina/Bruce/Ted, lol. Interesting). Oh, poor Ted--it would be so terrible to be caught between two icons of high fashion like Bruce and Selina! :) Thank you for this, it made my morning. :)

LOL, I couldn't resist the idea of Selina and Bruce forcing Ted to get a new suit. :P
