He was sure it was all wrong. This was, after all, uncharted territory for him - no matter how long he had wanted it, how much he had thought about it. But Bruce didn't seem to mind. Bruce just deepened the kiss, pressing his body even closer. Clark felt a flush settle on his face and he made a noise he'll probably be embarrassed about, later.
His hands are in Bruce's soft hair and he tastes... He tastes even better than he dared hope, his heartbeat is loud and fast in his ears, and the knowledge that he is doing this to Batman...
The kiss breaks and they stare at each other. Bruce's face is flushed too and Clark can't stop staring. He had started to think that this would never, could never, happen. But now... Maybe it's not too late, after all.
