It's natural for Steve to feel that his diamond is a little inadequate considering Diana's beauty and Amazon jewels but of course Diana is impressed by his lack of intimidation and fear in loving her.
I really liked exploring their thoughts on each other, how they have similar thoughts, but not quite the same.
