There's some suspicion it might be part of the Russian government that's doing it, which would explain why they're so tenacious and successful.
Meep! That's... rather worrying, espeically since LJ is owned by Russians now... Hmmm, I think I'll go and check my DW journal is still working, just in case, though LJ has been better today. *knocks on wood too*
