I think the two of you are getting hit the worst on my flist, because it seems that the attacks are coming from Russia, so they tend to be closer to the same time zone as Europe? That's my guess, at least. I can usually get access in my morning (when it's early morning in Europe), but in the evening it tends to go down again. :(
I've been reading about it and it seems like it's some kind of attack on some specific Russian political bloggers. If so, it seems unlikely to be the kind of thing that will go away until the bloggers do! I've been feeling kind of frantic about it, to be honest. I never realized how often I check LJ every day, lol...
