Superman went on patrol, stopping in at the Watchtower to ensure there were no alien threats. Batman had got to work on the dark streets of Gotham, breaking up a gang war. YAY, you mentioned the Watchtower – great! :)
They only had time for a brief kiss. It was enough. Oh, poor boys. *pets them* Glad there was at least time for the kiss.
