Ooooh, off-duty (but never really off-duty) Tim and Cass are delightful! I love Tim's realization that he's not used to seeing Gotham from the ground, and his enjoyment of it all.
Every other city, every other place seemed fake in comparison, all cardboard sets and peeling paint.
I really love the fierce love of Gotham you've built into this, and Tim's sense of its reality above all others. It's fantastic!
