Clark's skin glowing is so delicious, I really like the visual of his golden glowing skin.. and I think it goes beautifully with Bruce's pallor. I might be reading too much into it, but... if Clark is the Sun -ever bright and pure blinding light- then Bruce with all the scars and imperfections and pallor would be the moon? With the references to sleep and romantic thought -I think those are all things related to the moon! They go great together, and they are so beautiful, each of them, in their own way...
His skin didn't look right in sunlight, didn't look healthy, it just looked... dead. But it wasn't, he could see the veins running underneath, blue lines running along his hand and arm, and the scars atop them, some silvery, most red, angry, clearly visible.
Bruce's blue veins showing through his skin is made of the sexiest sexiness ever. I'm sure Bruce can't say that about himself, lol, but man! I'm such a sucker for veins *vampiric ferret licks her lips* tehee!! So pretty!
