And the proposal itself was *priceless*- I love how Bruce just upped and asked Kal, no preamble or anything, and Kal just accepted without a second thought. It's somehow both very funny and very, very romantic.
Although you said this was comics, I very much saw the boys as animated- Bruce, especially, was that incredible mix of practicality, hotness and w00bie BTAS Bruce pulls off so well. Not to mention hearing the proposal in Kevin Conroy's voice... rawr! *fans self*

His life was, at last, complete. *wibbles* OMG, I loved this! So sweet, and a *perfect* ending to this story.
