Because it's been ages since I last did one... and things did not go to plan, today (went to the dentists to have work done, appointment time came, dentist came out and said 'I'm running 30 minutes late, and the computer systems are down, would you please cancel and rearrange another appointment? They still haven't got back to me about a new appointment so it's probably going to be next week, or the week after, before I get to be seen again and I need to go through all that stress and worry again... Argh!) so I need some cheering up.
