As always, memories of Bruce flooded over him, Bruce, when they had first met, so stubborn, so prideful, so glorious. Bruce, laughing in the sunlight at something. Bruce, wolf blue eyes flashing dangerously, arguing with him. Bruce, smiling softly at him, eyes languid, after they had made love. AWWWW, the description of Bruce was so perfectly written! I loved especially how you described the change of Bruce’s eyes.
He didn't want to live forever. But he would never be alone. That was bittersweet. *sigh* But thanks to Clark’s memories of Bruce he’s never alone – that’s very well done!
Clark gave freely, openly, of his love. Oh yes, I think this is so true. And I totally agree with the reason of it – his happy childhood with Kents. :)
Something that, as Bruce looked around at his family, his children, he was immensely grateful for. The ending was wonderful!
