I think you did a wonderful job of merging this in with TDK, it works really well there. I always admire Bruce's determination to do what's best for Gotham, and Clark's eternal faith in the good of people - he couldn't believe that Bruce would do such a thing, even when presented with the evidence, even when everyone else believed it without question.
I really hope you'll write more in this verse. :D Thanks so much for sharing with us!
