Drabble: Krypto and Ace

Author's Note: A little break from the prompt drabbles to say Happy Birthday to rai_daydreamer! I know it's a day early, but I figure with the time difference... Anyway, Happy Birthday, Rai! I hope you have a Super day! :D *glomps* Unbetaed, so point and I shall correct.



Clark sleepily curled closer to Bruce, smiling, tucking the blankets about them, snuggling into their warmth and his lover.

Bruce sighed heavily. Clark brushed his lips against his neck. "What's wrong?" He asked, voice thick with sleep.

"Your dog is on my bed. Again." Bruce's voice was flat, devoid of any trace of sleepiness.

It took Clark a moment to process what his lover had said."Huh? Oh!" He raised his head, peering over the edge of the blankets to see Krypto sleeping, sprawled over Bruce.

He couldn't resist a grin.

He suddenly felt a heavy weight on the bed, and turned his head to see Ace, walking towards him, before sprawling over him.

"Uh, Bruce?"

There was a irritated grunt.

"Your dog is sleeping on me."

Bruce sighed again. Clark, still grinning, laid his head back down and went back to snuggling him.

Oooh, this was way too cute!!!! I could easily imagine that Krypto slept on Bruce's legs and giggled so much. And then Ace! Eee! Ace was sleeping on Clark's legs! *grins goofily*
I somehow have an image that Krypto sleeps on his back on Bruce peacefully. XD

Heee! I love that Bruce has been awake for who knows how long, not moving Krypto, not waking Clark, but just being grumpy and awake X) and Ace slowly getting on the bed X) My dog does that -not the getting on the bed, that's a big no-no 'cause he sheds like crazy..- but the slow walk to test the waters, see if I'll mind what he's doing. Hee! I could see it so clearly X)
