Some Strange Things

I'm behind on the flist. This is because my arm is still bad, and I can only type with one hand. Which takes ages. I've also discovered that I can't spell when I only type with one hand. *sigh* I'm trying not to use my arm, but it can't really be helped. And I am being stubborn in that I'm not taking any painkillers. Hopefully it will be better soon...

Anyway, for the geek meme that I've seen around. I don't have all that much comics stuff. I've got more LOTR and Star Trek stuff, but they aren't here atm. However, I do have something that I think qualifies. You're probably not going to believe it, but I swear it's true.



I have a big brother. As a child I adored him. Everything that he said was gospel. He had many childhood heroes, but his favorite was Batman. So Batman was my favorite as well. As a consequence of this, my first word was... Batman.

I swear, I am not making this up. My family never miss a chance to tease me about it.

So, erm, I think it sort of qualifies... *goes away, blushing*

What makes it even better is that I apparently ran around the room afterwords, yelling 'Batman! Batman! Batman! Batman!' LOL! And the big brothers... *shakes head* I've got so used to mine making up stories that I'm like 'OMG!!! That was actually true!!??' now. lol

And my arm is feeling better today! Must have been the hug :)
