I think he may be a tad OOC, but in a way that seems to fit him. I can see Bruce suffering depression and thinking he doesn't deserve all this love from his family. But he's still fiercely protective of his own, and that's 100% Bruce, through and through.
I mean with the depression. It's not something you usually see in the current comics. Or at least, not something that's specifically explored much. But I like this exploration, so it's all good. :) And like Jen said, there's been so much variation in his character in canon over the years, that virtually nothing is OOC for him. :p
