Charlie saw him leaning over The Man In Brightly Colored Clothes and squishing their faces together. But then they both acted as if nothing had happened!

Oh man, you're on a ROLL. Stupid poeple. Chalrie needs to enlist the help of all the other DC animals to play matchmaker, doesn't he?
