I used to keep pet bugs when I was little--caterpillars, pill bugs, daddy longs legs, but mostly crickets. I didn't know what to feed them, so I gave them cornflakes. The cricket I had for longest (about a year) was named Erin, and ... maybe she was tired of cornflakes? ... because the other crickets I put with her disappeared, and I think it was because she ate them. O.o She also bit me once, too, lol.
