So, I shouldn't be doing this, because I'm busy enough already, but here's a meme stolen from greeneyelove

The Five Times Meme...

Give me a character and question/situation and I will see what I come up with.

I can't promise I'll do them, but I'll try. You know my characters by now. I'm also throwing in LOTR and Star Trek: The Next Generation if anyone is interested in those. I suppose Disney as well, but I doubt anyone will be interested in that, lol.

Five times Clark liked Gotham City?

This one was really difficult! I'm not very happy with it... all from my head cannon.

1. When he realized that Gotham takes care of her own.

2. When he realized how connected Bruce was to her.

3. When he realized that Gotham wouldn't let Bruce go. Although he didn't like it, he was reassured that she wouldn't let anything bad happen to him.

4. When she welcomed him after Metropolis shunned him in the aftermath of being mind controlled into killing thousands. He almost understood her then.

5. When he noticed, in the future, that it was only Bruce's and his family's graves that hadn't crumbled into dust, but instead remained as they always had, looking over the city. He was so glad that he hadn't lost that part of Bruce too.

All great, but this one nearly broke my heart: 5. When he noticed, in the future, that it was only Bruce's and his family's graves that hadn't crumbled into dust, but instead remained as they always had, looking over the city. He was so glad that he hadn't lost that part of Bruce too.

Aw! *sniffles* This has that wonderful build of intensity to it that these kinds of fics should have. You sucked me in at three, and the image in five completely undid me. That's--oh, that's killer, everything else being gone except the Wayne family plot. Killer.

I'd be delighted to beta! Things are winding down here so there are some calm points in between bouts of chaos. :)
