“Mmm. I had almost forgotten how delicious pizza is,” Diana said with a smile, taking a bite.
Steve was lying beside her, golden hair rumpled from their enthusiastic love making, after she had returned from a long off world mission with the JLA. No pizza there, so to come back home and find both Steve and the wonderful smell of pizza cooking was pure bliss.
Steve chucked now, slipped his arm about her waist, drew her close again. Diana slipped her free arm about him in turn, bent and kissed him, and smiled when she tasted pizza on his lips.
