I think its funny that he calls Bruce Bat-Man when he has such loving names for Clark and Ace though.

I think it's probably because in Krypto's mind Bruce is Ace's 'Man' so he can't really call him anything more affectionate? It might be different when Bruce is Bruce, not Bat-Man, though! I think he's just 'Friend's Man' then. :)
